The shipping cost varies according to the weight of the product(s) and the delivery region based on the values ​​stipulated by the Post Office and partner carriers. The value is automatically calculated by our system.

Currently, free shipping is considered on orders with the following rules where the shipping method is determined by the store:

• South Region - Orders starting at R$220.00

• Southeast Region - Orders starting at R$300.00

• Central-West Region - Orders starting at R$600.00

 

DELIVERY FORECASRT

Delivery forecast will depend on the region declared as destination. This will be defined after consulting the order's delivery zip code. It is important to remember that deliveries are made within business hours from Monday to Friday, and the forecast should begin to be considered from the date the invoice is issued.

Pay attention to the status of your order and make sure there will be someone available to receive the order on the scheduled date. Also make sure about the delivery address, as it will not be changed after the invoice is issued. If your order is still pending, please contact us immediately through our customer service channels.

 

TRACKING

If your order is fulfilled through PAC, the tracking code will be sent for consultation on the Correios website. Orders that are fulfilled by a carrier can be consulted through our service channels, or in the tracking systems of the partner carriers themselves, using the invoice number.

 

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Orders fulfilled through the Post Office will have 3 (three) delivery attempts on consecutive business days, if this is unsuccessful, the order will be available for collection at the branch closest to the customer's address (the customer will receive notification of collection), during a period of 7 (seven) calendar days. After this period it will be returned to our distribution center.

Orders that are fulfilled by a carrier have one (01) delivery attempt. The costs of other delivery attempts (redeliveries) are the responsibility of the customer.

 

WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER

Make sure the packaging is in perfect condition. Unpack the purchase in the presence of the delivery person and check that it is in accordance with what you purchased.
